USPS

All orders have a processing timeframe of 1-5 business days (please keep in mind the processing timeframe is not included in the shipping days). Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email providing your tracking number, allow 24 hours for your tracking to be updated once email is received. After the tracking number is issued, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package(s). Lotus Couture is not responsible for any lost or stolen package(s).

 

Please confirm all your information is correct before placing your order for shipping purposes. If your package(s) is returned to us as “undeliverable” due to an incorrect address or being left unclaimed at the post office the customer will be contacted and is responsible for any shipping costs if they choose to re-attempt delivery.

 

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Therefore, please keep in mind our processing & shipping timeframe before placing your order. Expedited shipping is available and highly recommended.

In-Store Pick Up

This option is only available in Miami. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up via phone and/or email. Photo identification is required at the time of pick up. If you’d like to have your order picked up by someone else, you must send us an email from the email address provided at checkout with the person’s name and they too must show a photo I.D. at the time of pick up.
