Return Policy

All items purchased on sale or with a promo code are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. Additionally, all accessories, bodysuits, lingerie, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable. Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday sales are final sale.  Promo codes must be applied at check out to receive the discount. Promo codes can not be applied to previous orders.
Items paid with store credit will only be exchanged ONCE. Only one time exchange per-order.
Lotus Couture will ask the client for a government issued ID picture if their order shows fraud analysis. 
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. 
We will gladly accept your return for an exchange or store credit within 7 business days of receiving your order. 
We offer a store pick up option for local residents who wish to pick up their items in store. Please note that we have separate facilities for our online inventory and those items purchased might not be available immediately. If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at (786)913-5105 and we may be able to assist you in getting your pick up order quicker.  You will be asked to provide us with your ID number.
Please make sure to bring a valid government issued ID at the time of pick up. You will be asked to provide us with your ID & ID number along with a signature to confirm your items were picked up.
Please note your order will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 14 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Lotus Couture.
- Pick up orders are not allowed when Lotus Couture has sales, due to high volume of orders.
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue store credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to LOTUSCOUTUREMIAMI@GMAIL.COM

Must meet the following requirements:
  • Must be shipped back to our store within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be in original packaging with original tags attached.
  • All items must be unworn and free of any stains and/or odor.

  • Must include the original invoice/packing slip, and be accompanied by a completed return slip (available by clicking HERE). 

Note: Zipper/buttons are tested before fulfilling orders to reassure they are working properly. Items are also inspected for any rips/stains before shipping it out. Lotus Couture is not responsible for any items that are damaged in any way during the process of trying it on.

  • In the return slip, kindly note the size, color, and style you’re exchanging the item for.
  • Place the item(s) back into the same packaging it was received in. (this step is optional- however, using the same package will save you on your shipping costs)
  • Purchase a return label from the carrier of your choice.
  • Ship the item(s) back to the address provided. (First class shipping & adding a tracking number to your return are recommended) .
  • Please note all shipping costs of item(s) being returned and/or the item(s) being exchanged for is not Lotus Couture’s responsibility.
Lotus Couture refuses to send out any order(s) if the client once had place a chargeback claim before.
